Gifts of Stock or Other Securities
Making a gift of stock or other securities to the Foundation of the First Unitarian Society is extremely easy.
First, decide what Fund or Funds within the Foundation you would like to support.
Second, fill out the simple Letter of Authorization for DTC Transfer for the fund(s) that you are interested in.
Click on the appropriate Fund name below to display that particular Fund's Letter of Authorization.
Then print the Letter.
General Endowment Fund The Future is Now Fund
The Foundation Fund (The Unrestricted Fund) Pearson Social Concerns Fund
Sigmund Music Fund Safer Visual Arts Fund
Safer Music Fund Hendrickson Hopp Religious Education Fund
Next, You will need to fill out your name, your account number, the name of the security that you are giving and the dollar amount or number of shares.
Sign the form and then send or fax the letter to your Broker or Brokerage Firm. You may need to call them to get the correct address or Fax number.
